Directions:
Sautee onions for 1 minute, until translucent in Roasted Garlic Oil. Add ground meat and continue sauteeing for 5-7 minutes until cooked, but NOT browned. Transfer into a crock style slow cooker or to a large sauce pot with lid. Add 1 can of beans, water, broth, and Zesty White Chili Seasoning. Simmer on the stove over medium high heat for 30 minutes, or in a slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Add the remaining can of beans and 3/4 of the container of sour cream. If desired, add corn starch and water combination to thicken. Serve with a little of the remaining sour cream and cheese. Serves 4-6 as a main course.

1 8oz. jar of red peppers, drained and diced fine or one large red pepper, freshly roasted and diced fine(for easy how-to roast a red pepper on a gas stove, watch our episode on You Tube)
2 T Time Savor Gourmet Roasted Garlic Oil
8 oz. Asiago Cheese, shredded
1 T Time Savor Gourmet Rosemary Versatility Seasoning
1 T Time Savor Gourmet Garlic Gusto Seasoning
1 loaf french bread, sliced into 1/2 inch thick pieces
Directions:
Place bread on a cookie sheet and bake, at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, until toasted. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Place a generous dollop of the red pepper mixture on each slice of bread and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted, but not browned. Serve hot.
Pesto Spirals
1 puff pastry sheet, thawed according to manufacturer's directions
1 large bunch fresh basil (about 1 cup leaves)
3 T Time Savor Gourmet Roasted Garlic Oil
3 T Pine Nuts (or other nuts)
3 T Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Directions:
Open pastry sheet and cut it into 3 strips lengthwise. Prepare pesto by combining remaining ingredients in a small food processor and blending thoroughly until a paste is formed. Divide the pesto into 3 equal portions and smear over the puff pastry sheets. Roll the sheets starting at the bottom and continuing to make a spiral roll (like a log of cinnamon rolls.) Repeat with the remaining two pastry sheets. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. Remove from freezer and slice the rolls into 6-8 pieces. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until puff pastry gets very flaky and golden brown. Serve immediately.

1 8 oz. package light cream cheese at room temperature
1 T Time Savor Gourmet Garlic Gusto Seasoning
3 T Bacon, cooked and crumbled into pieces
1 T Time Savor Gourmet Roasted Garlic Oil

Repeat until all the mushrooms have been stuffed (**NOTE- extra cream cheese filling makes a great bagel spread!) Drizzle mushrooms with Roasted Garlic Oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until mushrooms are soft. Serve warm.
