These pans are incredible. Yes, they are an investment, but they are SO worth it. I stake my reputation on it! I absolutely love them AND they don't pay me to say that! They hold their heat, are incredibly easy to use and more importantly, to keep clean. I can even fry an egg in them without any oil or butter and NOT have it stick to the bottom. These are perfect for every-day cooking and can take years of abuse. In my opnion, good knives and good pots & pans are the MOST essential tools you can have in your kitchen. It's an investment for the long haul. You won't have to replace these every year like you do inexpensive pans. As long as you treat them with respect (read: don't use metal utensils in them) then you will be rewarded with many happy recipe returns.
